A computer chip implanted behind the eye that could record a person's every lifetime thought and sensation is to be developed by British scientists. "This is the end of death," Dr. Chris Winter, of British Telecom's artificial life team, said Wednesday.

He predicted that within three decades it would be possible to relive other people's lives by playing back their experiences on a computer. "By combining this information with a record of the person's genes, we could recreate a person physically, emotionally and spiritually."

Winter's team of eight scientists at BT's Martlesham Heath laboratories near Ipswich calls the chip "the Soul Catcher." It would be possible to imbue a newborn baby with a lifetime's experiences by giving him or her the Soul Catcher chip of a dead person, Winter said.

What is it all about?

  They believe that an "An implanted chip would be like an aircraft's black box and would enhance communications beyond current concepts," he said. "For example, police would be able to relive an attack, rape or murder from the victim's viewpoint to help catch the criminal."

Other applications would be less useful but more frightening. "I could even play back the smells, sounds and sights of my holiday to friends," Winter said. But if immortality isn’t your thing, then how about being someone else for half an hour instead? Because, according to BT’s ‘artificial life team’, within 30 years we could be able to relive other people’s lives by accessing their ‘soul catcher’ chips and downloading their experiences to a computer, to a TV or maybe even direct to a VR set. And that’s where the real commercial interest will lie...Which one of us is going to be able to resist re-playing that ugly argument or that nasty break-up until we know it word for word. One of the good things about life is that memories do eventually fade, good and bad, they’re designed that way to let us get on with the rest of our life. Having it on tape, in our heads may not be the best option, especially not if the police, governments, ever our employers are going to start demanding to know what we all do behind closed doors!

How does this relate to the Christian's of today?

Most of you may have already heard about this or you may not be interested at all. 

The word of God warns us of many things, but the 2 things that stay on my mind are. My people perish because of lack of knowledge. and in all your getting get an understanding.

Most of us are so overwhelmed with out bills not being paid, or our children acting up. Maybe it is your spouse today and job tomorrow. Either way we have so much on our plate and yet we still have to take the time to study the word of God. We can not sit idle while the enemy takes over our schools, children, health, our state, our government, and our minds.

We are warned several times in the word of God, our children's generation the ones that were born in the 1980's yes them. Their children will be here for the Soul Catcher, because yes it is coming. Man is unstopped able. When we set out to do something we have the tenacity to see it through. God has given us all free will. 

Are you educating your children or are the rap artist and video games educating your children.

Outside of what they snatch up at school, how often do you sit your child down to discuss world issues. 

How often do you bring up topics such as the Soul Catcher, to your children.

They will be the ones left here when we are gone, how much are we passing down to them.

Will they be equipped to handle what's to come? 

Keep watching, stay alert and remember the soul catcher is on the way.

However the Real Soul Catcher died on the cross for you and me.

He took our place.
