It is estimated that at least 2 out of every 10 girls and 1 out of every 10 boys are sexually abused by the end of their 13th year.

Sister, Brothers, Parents and friends.
Did you know that most children who are sexually abused, are abused by a family member or close friend?
Did you know that "stranger danger," by comparison, is quite rare?

Slavery did not end when the children of Israel left Pharaoh's palace. It did not end when Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation of January 1, 1863, was a powerful move that promised freedom for slaves in the Confederacy as soon as the Union armies reached them. The proclamation made the abolition of slavery an official war goal that was implemented as the Union took territory from the Confederacy. According to the Census of 1860, this policy would free nearly four million slaves, or over 12% of the total population of the United States.
Slavery still goes on today, some of us are still bound by our inward desires.

Child molesters most often manipulate child victims into complying with sexual activity by "grooming" them with attention, affection, and gifts over a period of time. My prayer

Father, My prayer is for the protection of all the young children that are not protected by their parents.  I pray that you would open their eyes to who they allow around their children. I pray for a covering of some kind around them. I pray that a concerned friend or loved one takes interest in the children they are in contact with.
Father, I ask that you would protect them now in the name of Jesus. Lord, I ask that you would put a burden on the heart of the molester to move on, to confess and get some help. I pray that the stronghold that is on his/her life be broken now in the name of Jesus. Lord set them free from the bondage that the are experiencing.

Lord have your way and move by your spirit. I pray this now in the name of Jesus.
